Pricing & Packages
I offer a multitude of packages with discounts, and a flat hourly rate of $95.00 There is a three-hour minimum onsite for all packages.
Travel over 25 miles one way is $50 per hour plus tolls/fees (quoted in advance).
I also offer custom packages, so if one doesn’t fit let’s talk.
Decluttering & Organizing Packages


Lets Get Started | 3 Hours | $285
This gives us a chance to get to know each other and create a baseline for other tasks and gets us a fast win in one space.
Lets Get Busy | 15 Hours | $1,350 (5% discount)
1 to 2 spaces, 3 hours minimum per session.
Let's Freaking GO | 30 Hours | $2,565 (10% discount)
Deeper work on up to 3 spaces, 3 hours minimum per session.
Clutter Domination! | 45 Hours | $3,630 (15% discount)
Multiple spaces and larger projects.
DIY Decluttering and Organization packages | $450
Because you know what to DO, you just don’t know how to start or plan!
This is a great option for clients who want to do the work themselves, they are just overwhelmed on how and where to begin and implement. This can be a few smaller spaces like all the closets, all the way up to a whole house. Warning, this package is best for self-starters and motivated folks.
The site visit has me onsite for up to three hours, discussion options and how you use the spaces, then I create a detailed written outline for you to follow including supplies you need. DIY Declutter for several smaller spaces, like all the closets, a few baths or two rooms. I create a detailed list of your goals and how to achieve them, for you to execute and I include links to items you many need. You can execute the plan with text support.

The Family Affair | $750
Do you have a parent downsizing, an estate, or a big move? Do you have people to help, but you just don’t know how to organize and execute with efficiency? This is a great option, where I come in and work with you and your key helpers to create a plan for you to execute. We spend up to 5 hours on site, helping you figure things out room by room, and I create a detailed plan for you to clean out the entire home, and supply and resource lists. This helps you identify the process and who takes what kinds of donations, consignments, estate and auction services, etc.

Home Editing Intro | $350
Up to 2 hours onsite to review and make a plan with you. After the visit, I create a detailed list for you to execute and include links to items you many need. You can execute the plan with text support or hire me for hands on help.
Hands on Editing | 3 Hours | $285
Hands on Editing is where we get down and dirty, after the intro session. Moving the furniture (heavy things require additional help) rearranging and organizing spaces, a bit of decluttering as needed, hanging photos, editing what you have and trying to use the most of what you already own to create your ideal space. I bring all the tools and supplies that we need with a few exceptions.

This package is great for a rental newer to market of smaller size, or a refresh of a current rental that has been struggling.

This is for mid sized rentals, and includes physical socking and organizing, labeling, signs and other quest details.
